WFCA and the DCC at Fire Rescue International 2017

Fire Rescue International (FRI) in an annual conference presented by the International Fire Chiefs Association (IAFC). This year the conference was held in beautiful Charlotte, NC. During the conference, each division of the IAFC holds a luncheon meeting for their members to give reports and updates.
